The Nazgul or Ringwraiths, not living and not dead. Originally they were nine kings of power, until their rings overpowered them. They are now servants of Sauron.
The Orcs are the shock troops of Sauron. They were once Elves, mutatated and transformed by the evil works of Sauron. 
Urak-Hai. A breed contrived from Goblins and Orcs created by Saruman. 
A Wizard now turned to the dark side; Saruman. He now allies with Sauron, and helps to defeat good. |
