I know it is hardly a laughing matter, but I can't help thinking how stupid this guy is. He could live a perfectly happy life, burning hundred dollar bills for firewood, instead he's chillin' in a cave with a dialisis [or however you spell it] machine, dodging American air bombs, and living in mortal fear. He's giving Afghanistans a bad name.
